I knew right away.
However, there have been many ups and downs since.
That is where commitment is key. Make sure when you decide that he/she is the right one that you make a commitment to your spouse and your decision. We live in a society of disposable EVERYTHING! If we dont li9ke something or someone we throw them away. That is what I did in my first marriage. (I am in 2nd marriage)
What I found was that I followed myself to the second marriage.( Had similar problems) However, commitment is what has kept us together and now thing s are better than I ever expected. We still struggle as we all do in life but our commitment to each other keeps us together. Staying together had brought us great joy!....Oh and deep love grows through the ups and downs.

Well, let me put it this way ... I KNEW the guy I ALMOST married WASN'T the one when he really lost his temper and vandalised a strangers car (he was 38 years old at the time) - 2 years into our relationship.
I knew the guy I am married to WAS the one all of a sudden, about 4 months into our relationship, we were laughing so hard about something we were both crying and I realised I loved him, he was easy to be with and we have so much FUN together. He is kind and sweet and we have been married for one month today!!!

The first day we met. We talked for hours on so many topics that I knew he was the one man I could love and respect the rest of my life. I was lucky enough that he felt the same way, too.

It took about me years or for me, But other people are not the same. It takes people sometimes years or some days.
You just don't know until you make that jump.

Not long at all we just clicked we never fight and argue very rarley and when we do it is like 5 mins long you just know thats all there is to it
