Yeah, if you get circumcised it'll reduce the sensation that can be felt by the penis because there are thousands of nerves in the foreskin, especially the "inner foreskin." The inner foreskin can be preserved depending on the type of circumcision if the outer foreskin is the part that's mostly cut away, but the inner foreskin and glans will dry up and become tougher over time, so those sensations will decrease with age. Sensitivity is something perceived by the brain, so that's hard to say but you will have fewer nerves down there to feel with.
Seriously though, if you're not having any problems with your foreskin, it's working fine, and it's giving you pleasure, then circumcision might do more harm than good for you. If your foreskin is giving you problems and you can't pull it back for the full sensation, then perhaps circumcision is best so you can at least feel some of the sensation that you otherwise won't.
