I like to think so.
I try to be reasonable towards others opinions, even when I find them idiotic. I always try to hear someone out before I make a decision about them. And I am always willing to hear logical criticisms of my own views.

I try to, yes...and I always have. For example, when my sister and I were teenagers, many of our friends drank and smoked pot etc... but we didn't. We'd go to the parties, but we never participated in those activities. We did get our share of teasing, but later...some of our friends figured out that there was strength in numbers, and if they wanted to say no...they could do that, and not be 'the only one'.
As a parent, I think you HAVE to lead by example. Actions speak louder than words.

I lead by the examples that led me, and that was always in the right direction.

I'm kinda quiet but manage my own company in the process. I have others that take care of my "moral boosts" and I just provide a thriving business for people to make money at. A good leader will implement the strengths of others to make up for thier weaknesses. The #1 reason people fail as leaders is they feel they are a great leader and don't need help. Thier pride often gets in the way.

That is the only real and effective way to lead, I talk softy to my daughters everytime that I ask for something and I get that in return, even I am mad for something that was made wrong...
I always arrive early to my office, since I get here, all my team arrives earlier than they did...
There are many samples, but I think this is 2 of the must representative ones...

Hey girl I like your question, I always try to treat people the way I would like to be treated, I also try not to talk to people. That is how I try to lead by example.

I lead by example. If i say do it this way thats the way i will do it. if i didnt. well why tell someone to do it one way then do it the other? I wouldnt respect someone that didnt lead by example

yes. you lead by the example that leaves the biggest impresion on people. like you can be the nicest person and if you treat someone wrong once all of the people that look up to you will treat people the same way you did that once.
