When you are pregnant, is there anything that helps relief the morning sickness?

One of the classic beverages is gingerale; try some of the "fancier" types, because they're more likely to contain real ginger, which is what you need to settle the stomach. Or you can make ginger tea (powdered ginger OR sliced gingerroot in boiling water to taste; let cool if desired; sweeten if you like).

Crackers by the bedside, nibbled before you even get up, can help.

Mint tea may also be helpful, or peppermint candy.

If morning sickness continues for a prolonged period, consult your health care provider. Dehydration can be a significant problem; try "sips and chips" (small portions of water/drinks, ice chips, or suck a popsickle).

Try and keep a little something in your stomach all day. I was partial to saltine crackers, and red or orange popsicles.
