If he forgets to sign out one day you will be able to get into his e-mail. If you are swift enough you could even manage to change the password in less than a minute. Like that you could look at all the mail he has been receiving whenever you feel like. Maybe you might find more skeletons in his closet that way. I suggest that you distract him the next time he is checking his mail. Tell him that there is a guy that has just gotten out of his car with something that looked like the car stereo. I promise he will dash out of the room in less than a second. The question is... Do u have the nerve?

the evidence would be worthless, I've been divorced, and I can tell you, there are sooo many other complications involved in the process that by the time it's over, you'll be glad the cheatin' bastard is gone and you can go on with your life. If you know for sure that he's cheating, then file, if you think you love him too much to let him go, wait a few months till it starts up again and file then, but prepare yourself, stash some money away, but be prepared!

Who cares if he is cheating. It is not natural for people to remain faithful towards each other. If it was, then so many people wouldn't be cheating. Tell him you know, without anger. If he loves you, then you can work it out by talking about the underlying problems of you marriage. He married you and loves you. Don't let this intruder, that in the end means nothing to him, get in the way. Don't break in with his passcode...instead just be honest with him and see if he is capable of honesty himself. Good luck.

No, not without a pass code. I probably shouldn't tell you this, but if you are somewhat crafty with computers you can install what is called a keystroke recorder that records all the keystrokes that are pressed on your computer - I had one on mine and I never told her when we broke up all that I knew - but i kept it in the back of my mind and knew that she was not worth holding on to.
You can search for them on line, but make sure you do it right and don't blow your cover.
E-mail is considered privileged information, so I don't think you'd be able to use it anyway.
Good Luck.

That is very devious and underhanded, not to mention that you would be invading his privacy so I'm not going to tell you that you can buy a keystroke recorder program which would show you what his password is when he logs in and what he is typing. It's the same sort of program you might use if you had kids that were on the net and you wanted to make sure they weren't up to no good.

Most states now have a no fault divorce code and catching him in an online affair wont make a lick of difference. If you know he's cheating just leave. You're only hurting yourself by staying. Divorce is NOT like it was with our grandparents. Courts don't care if you have VIDEO of your spouse banging the neighbor in your bed anymore, unless of course you're dead rich and can make a movie out of it. Just leave...

Don't know where you live but getting evidence of his cheating is about the last thing you actually need. The judges, in my experience, won't give a hoot about cheating--only making the best decision. Your objective might be to be the best person you can be rather than punish him. You chose him. How can you chose more wisely in the future?

This is not legal advice, and you are responsible for any results.
Yes, but you will need access to his computer. Check this out.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keystroke_logging
After you analyze his logs, you'll see his password. If this is not on a shared computer (a family computer) then I would not do it.
I would recommend that once you get access, take open the e-mails, take screen shots, and then transfer the results to a removable disc, etc. Then delete any copies of your records from the computer.
Before you take this steps, please consider counseling for yourself, and both of you as a couple.
