what makes Japanese life long?
Japanese tradisional eating is not so many cal but today's japanese eating food is high cal and they as many eat asian food,europian food, american food as japanese tradisional food.

Nobody can know such a thing absolutely. However, I'd guess it's been the generally healthy lifestyle. Japan was a vegetarian country for a long time. Variety is important in eating, and in general a lot of respect is paid towards food. I'm not sure that Japan will keep it's place in the long life category though with all the McDonald's and KFCs around the country. I'm glad that Japan was able to adjust to eating less beef during the time that American beef was banned due to the lack of trust in the partial testing for mad cow disease.

idk. i think they just exersize a lot and the food they eat probably helps but it is gross! yeah...u need an english lesson! not all japaneeze women live long!
