I really wanna drop two sizes by then, so got any tips?

Don't eat and drink lots of water!

Well to drop one size you have to lose 10lbs and I did that in 10 days and went from a 4 to 3.. but be warned its more likely that you will put the weight back on if oyu lose it quickly ie dont starve yourself silly. I reckon you could do this in 15 days if your comitted just follow these tips go on a water diet for two days try not to exericse during this as you will pass out then after this do 50 push ups and 100 sit ups these can be spread out during the day and go for a 45 minute jog if youre not use to running then walk for 3 run for 1 do some yoga for 20 minutes this all should be done daily and resting on sunday cut out your calorie intake NO junk what so ever eat fresh fruit vegtables and rice all animal products gone this should help let me know how it goes X

It depends how many inches there are between clothes sizes. If is one inch, then you possibly be able to drop a dress size with 15-20 days. If it is 2 inches, then it will probably take just over a month. There is absolutely no point going to drastic measures to lose this weight in 10 days, because you'll end up burning muscle instead of fat and that is not good! It's best that it takes a little longer and then you know you are losing only fat. Remember to do lots of cardio and weight training, as well as not eating less than 1,200-1,500 calories per day. luckily, that's only one size to drop. i dont have any tips other than eat healthy and exercise (but dont overdo it) if its just for a day or two, go on a water diet. It's not necessarily healthy but will help you slim down for a couple of days. I have a few model friends that do this before every show.

Not really, I`d say at least a month. Losing weight to quickly will result in eventually gaining it all back plus more. Eat healthy and exercise a few times a week. Also drink plenty of water that helps.

Not at all. There are some diet plans out there that can help you lose weight but if your losing that much weight it's probably not that healthy. But by just cutting out a lot of the fatty foods you can drop some weight. most of it will be water weight though.

ehhh...doubt it in that little amount of time...try drinking 8 glasses of water a day, eat low carb diet, and jogging for 30 min a day...ab workout thingy too seems to work wonders...just as long as you do something consistantly and don't give up then you will see results.

um, no. only thing i can say is cut your calories in half and drink lots of water. but thats not realistic. if it was id be a size 3.
