I haven't been with a hooker before, but the opportunity has come up and I did ask how much. This was an older woman, late 30's and not exactly in the best of shape. She said $50 for missionary. More for other stuff...
I've heard as cheap as $20 for a ******** (wow it censored that) so ah, oral.
Compared to $70 for a decent massage, $50 for missionary is a difficult price to beat.

Depends on the girl.
High end callgirls go for $1000 to $5000 a night, but they are the cream of the crop (very few). They often give a percentage to their madam/manager.
Your average street hooker goes $20 a hand job.
Your crack whore will go for $5 a hand job (just enough to buy a hit).

Depends on the quality and buying power of the hooker.
If you're talking about a high priced call girl, maybe thousands.
If you're talking about a 40 year old street walker maybe a hundred
And everything else in between (though most have to pay a lot to their agencies/pimps)

depends on how good they are and what kind of neighborhood they are working in. some can get away with charging a couple hundred from each 'client' and others are available for 5 bucks. (of course for 5 bucks u get nasty, dirty, crack addicted hos)
