Hey sorry to say if you call it a dirt bike it is not street legal. You need to have all the equipment a street bike has such as horn, head light, tail light, turn signals, brake light, muffler and mirrors. Also it is not safe operating a dirt bike on pavement. They don't handle well. They are designed to go well in off road environments not on pavement. Experienced riders make it look easy but it is not.

No First off it is not street leagle. It must be licenceable in the state you live. Something that small needs lights, turning signals, ect
However if it is say a scooter and has all the things to make it street leagle then yes.
