Im doing a science project for 8th grade and I want it to be on my 3 ferrets, any suggestens?

I brought my two ferrets into my college bio class for a presentation. We were suppose to focus on a special trait that animals have. Ferrets have a special tube in their necks that allow them to turn at 90 degree angles. They have this feature so that they can hunt for small animals such as rabbits (we are talking wild ferrets) in holes and turn around in tight spots. The tube makes it so the oxygen and does not get shut down when they turn.
U could explain why they smell so bad. Regardless, my report may have been boring, the audience was so into my ferrets, it didn't matter. Good Luck

Make a ferret run a wheel to make electricity and plug the wires to something like a tv or a clock or even a radio and show other ways of how a ferret is userful.

Maybe you could do something with thier reaction to different foods. or different brands of ferrit chow. They are a bit to big to run through a maze. I don't mean foods that could be harmful or anything. Maybe how well they do at solving puzzles (no idea what kind of puzzles) I don't really know that much about ferret's.
Maybe you could do something informative in that way. HTH

1. Give your pets a choice to select among different types of food. Record the choices and the rate of consumption. You may also record the effect of food on their weight or the rate of growth.
2. Can artificial light affect their sleeping habits?

yeah take them in and have a dissection class cut them open and see if you cant find a prize
