I have been taking creatine for about 4 months. About two months ago almost everyday, I get hives on my body. They go away after several hours.
I believe that the creatine is the cause of this. When I stop taking it, I almost completely clear up in a few days.
Has this happened to anyone else that visits this site, and if so, is there anything else I could use as a supplement to get the same results.

Thank you very much.

Jeff

I take it before I workout. It helps muscle cells retain more water and helps delay muscle failure.

Hives are an allergic reaction. You're probably overloading your body. Have you tried smaller dosages? Or taking the dosage further apart?
How about a different brand? It could be a filler or additive which is giving you the hives.
As far as recommending something that does the same, what does it do for you that you need to replicate?
