My boyfriend recently developed a barrel gut (stomach) It is rock hard-wants to go on diet but it isn't going

If its not because of eating or drinking I would see an endocrinologist. A similar condition is called "Cushing's Syndrome" and is caused by the pituitary gland.

Seek help!!!
