Being 18. married, and having a 4 mo old is alot at one time. Maybe whether or not you realize this, both of you are still adjusting to being married parents. Give things some time and im sure it will work itself out. Lots of luck to you !!!

So you got married and started a family at a young age? Well, now its time to face the consequences. You've hit a plateau? Thats marriage. Stick it out. If it was easy, anyone could do it. To answer your question, yes, it is normal. You thought you were mature enough to get married and start a marriage, and now you are finding out that you were wrong.

To have a good marriage you gotta stick with him through the good and the bad. Just because there is some hard times there don't run out on the marriage try anything and everything to make it work. But a marriage should be a 50/50 job it's not just your job to try to make it work. Live by these words THE key to a successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person. Good luck! And may there be many happy years ahead of you.

You are too young to have hit a plateau already. Get a babysitter and go out with your husband. Bring the spark back into your lives.

Instead of judging yourselves and focusing on the hardship... how about just do fun things as a family :) Write a gratitude journal everyday and focus on the positives!

Lots of people in other countries get married young and have babies young...

Life is what you make it!

Congratulations!

Oh! P.S. Read this book for some ideas :)

i know how you feel. i been marry for about year and half and it's went down hill. but i learn if you guys get together and forget everyone else and listen to each other and do new things. like one day do what he want and another what you want. i know you have a baby. so ask someone if they can watch your baby for an hour. or you can make date night for the weekend. do fun stuff. that all i can say i hope it's work.

you have say why you feel that you reach this plaTEAU
is it because you you feel that your relationship is at a stand still
if so
it is probably because you guys have the baby, it is hard for couple with new born & harder for newly wed
and you two are both
so don't give up,from time to time ask someone to wach the baby for you so you two cango on a date
get some romance back in your life and you guys will be fine

You will go through this during a marriage. Just make sure that you guys keep the communication open and it will get better.
Marriage has it's ups and down and you are just going through a little down time. Just keep letting one another know that you still love one another.
