Remove the tire, then remove the brake caliper and hang out of the way with a piece of wire or rope. Then take a punch and drive the stud out at the location where the brake caliper was attached. You will have to rotate the hub that the studs are attached to so that you can see the back of the stud when looking at the inside of the rotor through the caliper attachment space.( a flashlight will help). then you can push the new stud through the back of the rotor and drive it all the way in with a brass punch....

Pound them out with a big hammer.
Insert new one.
Tap it in a bit.
Use a little oil on the threads.
Use the wheel lug nut to pull the stud thru the spindle with an impact wrench.

you may be able to remove the rotor if it is what is called a pop off rotor(without bearing removal)
the stud may slip out the back of the hub only in a certain point on the hub you can use washers as spacers to pull the stud into the hub good luck
