I know that since 2000 the most common boy name is Jacob, the most common girl name is Elizabeth. Before then, and i believe it was 1985-1999 the most common boy name was Michael, and the most common girl name was Ashely. Hope this helps a little! (I'd suggest Miles for a boy name, not too common but not weird or anything, for a girl, Roen is a cute name)
