I assume the question is what parts of the body contain protein. Hemogolbin proteins carry oxygen in your blood to every part of your body. A protein called Alpha-Keratin forms your hair and fingernails. Muscle proteins enable all muscular movement. Antibodies are proteins that help defend your body against foreign invaders like bacteria and viruses. Enzymes in your saliva, stomach and small intestine are proteins that help you digest food.

The body is FULL of proteins. You hair is made of protein, collagen is a protein used for structure, enzymes are proteins used to speed up reactions, muscles are proteins etc. etc. Proteins are coded for by deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and subequently make up a huge proportion of the body.

Different proteins also allow for different characteristics.
