It's possible to conceive when using KY- but if you are TRYING to conceive... don't use artifical lube... see the following sites.
"...And anything petroleum-based, such as Vaseline, should be avoided. Except for one sperm-friendly moisturizer called Pre-Seed, all other artificial lubricants (such as KY jelly, Astroglide, Femglide) have been found in several studies to have a negative effect on spermatozoa."
"...I did a little research on the subject, wondering if KY would have an effect on a fetus if used while pregnant, and found that by using it you're not likely to get pregnant in the first place! "

The use of lubricants like KY-jelly can affect the sperm and adversely affect fertility. The best lubricant is your own vaginal secretion, so give some time for foreplay and the arousal period
But, yes its possible... I used it and I am now 8 months pregnant...

YOu can conceive using it, but it is easier to conceive without it. The sperm on has the much more to swim through on the way up if you use it. Try more forplay and it will probably not be needed.
