Contact the nearest American Red Cross Chapter in your area; speak with the Water Safety Department. Ask them to put out a notice or if anyone can recommend someone they know.

Alternatively, call the local colleges and ask to speak with the person(s) that teaches Lifesaving, and ask that person to recommend someone. Do not leave a message with any details other than your name and telephone number and best times to call.
