Examples of people sent to manage rebuilding Iraq:

- A 24 year old with no background in finance was sent to reopen the Baghdad's stock exchange.

- A daughter of a neoconservative commentator was sent to manage Iraq's budget, though she had no background in accounting.

Why do uneducated liberals continue to post Q&A about topics they are clueless about?

Quoting the Washington Post is about as logical as quoting Dean or Kerry....Just pointless

Bush administration are using those that are Republicans.

Rebuilding should be based on experience, not your political affiliation.
