Absolutely, but I would stress the "discrete" part of the six pack. A simple, flat stomach is preferable to one with a lot of definition.

sure. a lil bit of muscle is great, but a woman just isn't the same if she's not nice n soft. as long as they aren't working out to the point of getting 'bulky' then they can still be fun to cuddle with.. :)

ladies want to experience secure, so as long as you are able to tutor you're shielding with your physique it is not appropriate how vast or toned you're. yet muscle tissues are constantly a stable sight to work out.

six packs don't really look good on women, but it looks good when the stomach isn't all soft..
