are all coming to Australia with me for my brothers wedding
in 3 weeks time ..
Should i change the booking for my daughter and myself to buisness class so we have a comfortable flight or sit with my mum and sis n nephew in econamy?????
PS my brother is paying the extra..

I will be 1st class on same flight....don't tell me you forgot AND i didn't realise the whole family were tagging along......MEN....i give up!!!! xx

If you are flying from the states and there are no stops, chances are you will be flying on a 747. Those planes are HUGE, with lots of room. You'll have much more room than you would in a normal sized plane that just flys from one state to the next. If you are worried about being cramped up in a tiny space, don't worry, because you'll have more than enough room. If you have several flight changes on your way to Australia, you may want to upgrade, simply because sitting more than 4 hours in a cramped plane can be very uncomfortable. I flew 10 hours straight from LA to Fiji on a 747 and I felt like I was in 1st class even though I was in coach. They gave my great food, blanket, pillow, socks, toothbrush, eyemask and earphones. I had plenty of room to stretch and sleep.

If your brother is paying, move everyone into business! It would be so selfish of you to leave your mother, sister and nephew in economy, and if your brother found out (which he probably would at the airport) he'll not be pleased!

I think that you should sit with your mom and nephew. That would be the nice thing to do, or pay for them to come to business class with you if you can afford it.

If YOU were paying for the tickets then it wouldn't matter. But why charge him more just because. Suck it up and ride with the family!
