Please don't tell me how Kegels are done, as I am aware of this. I am working on a case study and need to describe how to perform "Beyond Kegels". So far after searching online, the only thing I have found is that the exercise incorporates internal rotation of one hip and external rotation of the other hip. Can anyone add anything to this? Thanks!

Although I'm not familiar with "Beyond Kegel" exercises....your question caught my attention so I decided to look up what they were. They don't really have that much information out there about it....and what is up with the Kegelcisers?

Anyways...The only thing I could find was about this book, and it looked like it might help you out:

Hope it helps.

If you are trying to tighten your vagina muscles. You do these exercises, when you go to the bathroom to pee you stop and start peeing that tightens things up and also do squeezing of inner thigh.
