I don't but I would encourage others to do so. I eat what I like, I try new stuff, I don't like feeling uncomfortable when I overeat. Wouldn't cause others to stop eating on my account though. I might even help the right guy. ;)

No, wearing loose clothes would mean that I intend to overeat because I hate the feeling of a full stomach. Better just to wear normal jeans than to overeat. I never really considered what might be the most expensive thing on the buffet. I just eat what I like is all.

I don't wear loose clothes just because I'm gong to a buffet. I wear what I'd normally wear. I do get my money's worth but I don't have to eat the most expensive stuff. I eat til I'm full.

No I usually don't wear real loose fitting clothing that way I won't eat too much. I usually just pick out items that I know that I'm going to like.

NO, I just try to enjoy a healthy meal. It's nice having all the choices though. If I leave there stuffed and miserable, then is that getting my money's worth? nah!
Just enjoy it and be sensible.

not anymore I had gastric bypass surgery done and it doesn't matter I end up eating about 3 bites of 2 things nad then I am full,, grrrrr I hate that part of my weight loss.
