im a first time user of this product so i dont really know how this works. first i scan my computer then after its done i put all the viruses that it found in the vault is that right? then after i scan again i still see the same viruses that i previously put in the vault.. so what will i do to delete this viruses from my computer. pls tell me what to do

Delete them. Being in the vault won't harm your computer but they're still there.
But I strongly suggest you get AVAST instead. It's the very best there is.

Don't put them in the vault,delete them.Putting them in the vault only isolates them.

AVG is total JUNK. I recommend antivir free edition.

just to let you know...avg sucks...you really might want to get avast its way better and catches anything that comes with a download you download ;)
