I last had my period on 9/7/06 and i guess i could be around my ovulation time! my question is do you always have to get the clear and stretchy cm? I usually get clear and kindof milky. I have been charting my bbt and past couple of days it has been 97.85... only been charting for a couple of weeks. How good are chances of pregnancy every month? I have been off of pill for 3 years, I will also be 25 next month. Thank You for all your help : )

a healthy couple who has sex 3x a week has an 80% chance of getting pregnant in the first year. If you are beginning to chart you will probibly need some time to figure out your cycle. There are several places you can put your BBT on the internet and they can tell you how things are going and when you Oed. Firtility Friend is one, they are free to use. Generally if you have a normal 28 day cycle you wil O 14 days after the first day of your period. It is good to have the egg white type cm but not 100% nessary to have it. You can also buy ovulation predictor kits to help you figure out when you are Oing. They can get expensive and if you are going to have more than one kid I recomend getting an electronic one that you can use month after month. It took me 3 years to have my first, I had some problems though. Also keep copys of your charts for 6 months and if you havent concieved by then take them to your OB/GYN not a regular dr as they wont do much. Having your charts for 6 months will allow them to get a jumpstart on any testing you may need. Good luck!
