I'm 16 and my stepdad pulls out a belt good or bad?

Mine did that to me when I was 16. He never walked the same way again. No one has to take it. Remember, the SOB has to sleep, sometime.

What you should do is either call the police or child protection services. He has no right to whip you, even if he were your natural father. Once a report is filed and he does it again, he will probably we arrested. Even if he isn't arrested, there will be a second report. Then I believe you would have substantiated ground to defend yourself. Also, you are a minor, so you could not be prosecuted as an adult for defending yourself.

that is child abuse you should give him a taste of his own medicine and not that anybody has the right to touch you but he is not your dad and has no right to lay his fingers on you and if your mom allows it then she is as bad as he is. Do you have any big guy friends let him get whipped for once!!!!!

My question to you is why? i'm a stepfather and that i appreciate my son. If he does some thing he merits to disciplined for then i will. I in no way punish him after I indignant. if hes beating u for no reason then u really should call like the police or something but if hes doing it for a reason just stay out of his way and he'll get over it

very bad! nothing good ever comes out of violence, i have children and never lift my hands to them. i shout at them when they do wrong but never hit or threaten to hit them. the fact that he's your step dad means he is not related to you and i would say he is just a bully DONT PUT UP WITH IT OR YOU WILL END UP BEING HIS PUNCHBAG.
