You want your marriage to work, but since he hasn't said he loves you, you haven't either-and haven't even kissed for 4 years. How is that, trying to make it work? When you had "problems", and found "attention" elsewhere, you hurt your husband worse than if you'd just shot him a couple times. Cheating damages a marriage, for years. Your marriage is doomed, unless you both are prepared to WORK to fix it. Are you prepared to work, or do you just want to whine about your marriage here? Granted, whining here is easy, but it won't make your marriage last. You and your husband need to talk. Unless you BOTH work to repair your marriage, you might as well file for divorce now, and get it over with

Some times when we stop doing something ..it gets easier not to do it. Like the kissing and love making you went so long with out it either out of anger, spite or just because you were tired that it became easier to not do it then it was to do it. It sounds like even though you both mutually got back together that some underlying differences remain. Seek the help of a professional counselor if you can't get your lives back on track your self's. Start with dinner and a movie and just enjoy being friends again and maybe a few kisses here and there and make him remember why he fell in love in the first place rekindle the romance....it Will take time and not happen over night. The two of you got back together there must be a reason ...Try to always kiss him (even a hen peck will do) good night and tell him you love him. Shaina Twain .."Still The One" says it all for you ..play it for him. It's worth a shot and I am a hopeless romantic.
I would love to hear how you make out ...Hope it all goes well!!

Talking and counseling are always the first line of defense. There are some good books at the bookstore and this subject. Some place you have lost what you two once had. Starting from the beginning could help.
Try doing the things you used to do when you were dating. Movies, dinners, etc. Snuggle and watch a movie. Some couples lose the honeymoon stage and don't know how to get it back.

If it's any comfort my husband doesn't like kissing. I get kissing as a part of sex about as often as he gets a ******** (maybe twice a year). I have learned to live with it.

Please, please seek a professional marriage counselor, even if you have to go alone. There are some deep-rooted issues here and no one on answers is going to be able to give you the answers you need with such little information. Best wishes to you no matter how it works out.
