Hmmmmm. Are you trying out for a role in a gay porn movie? Do you have crabs? Are you sorry you went through puberty and want to look ten years old again? Those are the only really good reasons I can think of for putting yourself through all that inconvenience and discomfort.

there's nothing wrong with a guy choosing to remove all his hair surrounding his genitals. i do it on a daily basis and have for several years now.
to get the smoothest shave possible, follow the following directions:
1. wash and rinse the areas to be shaved thoroughly
2. do not start shaving if any of the area is not moist
3. apply a thick layer of EXPENSIVE shave cream (preferrably unscented and purchased at a store like Macy's, penney's)
4. apply the cream generously
5. shave in small careful strokes. if the area still feels prickly, you can try 2 more times to shave the hair off. don't exceed the 3rd attempt to remove the prickly hair as that is apt to cause razor burn, skin irritation, or bleeding.
6. while you are shaving leave the shower or faucet on---hot water only to keep the room and genital regions soft, moist, and easier to shave
7. when finished, pat the area dry.
8. finally, believe it or not, apply a thin coat of shaving cream to the dried region, let it sit there for 30-60, then rub in thoroughly into your skin. this serves as a post shave skin softener.

I personally lik my genitals shaved. i like that smooth feel and look. my wife often does the shaving for me and i, in turn shave her. that's a turn on for me. by the time i finish removing her stubble, i'm usually packing a stiff *****.

have fun, shave careflly, keep smooth.

Of course there is nothing wrong with it. You're not hurting anyone (or yourself if you do it right). You'll have to use a quality razor with quality shaving cream. Do it in the shower after the steam has opened your pores to get the closest shave possible. Then be sure to apply a soothing aftershave just like you would your face (alcohol free, obviously).

that norm... and heaps of other guys out there does that too...yer can try waxin or use hair removin cream...cause shavin causes itchiness in sensitive skin areas and tend to grow fast, also depends on peoples hormone/body hair growth function...

Whatever works for you. Waxing would give you the smoothness you are seeking, but.... ouch.
