The Geneva Convention.

Think about it, we're (supposedly) fighting this war for Freedom, Democracy and all things good. We're meant to be the 'Good Guys', the Democratic West and the Beacon of Hope. We left torture behind us, in the Middle Ages where it belongs.

Now, if we start torturing people, wire tapping and the like, we're surrendering everything were emant to be fighing, and dying, for. What kind of hollow victory is that?

The Geneva convention does not apply to non-uniformed combatants. Iraq was not a signer of the Geneva convention and was not a country in 1939! So the rules do not apply to them. If you think we do not torture you are sadly mistaken!! If you want to know more I can explain how to really get info out of people. "Co-hearsed interrogation".
