fear of dying alone

Driving a car.I had nightmares for almost 20 years about dying in a car crash.I only started driving last year,so I am pretty proud of myself for overcoming my fear about driving.

I was always nervous about flying. After doing it often enough now I just board the plane and try to keep myself distracted and have learned to over come most of my fear.

my x which is also my abuser, the fear of him trying to hurt me or kill me....I am some what not too much afraid, at least I know I can take safety measures to keep myself safe and I know I can call the police for help when ever I need it..

needles--I'm a diabetic and I am now insulin dependent--so 3 times a day I have to give myself insulin injections in order to survive.
