Should have guessed this question would be from you having seen some of your answers to other peoples questions! If you call it Blackpool rock your sure as hell not getting any! So I'm fairly certain you can stick your Blackpool Rock into any orifice of your blow up doll and it will be fine!

Is this a trick question? You're not seriously suggesting that you believe a woman can conceive if she swallows semen are you?
Don't you know how the basic functions of the human body work, obviously not.
Well basically, when we ingest (eat and swallow) the matter is processed into our digestive system, from the moment particles of food or liquids reach the digestive tract they are broken up by amino acids that line your stomach.
A womans reproductive organs however are completely separate from her digestive system, so in order to conceive the sperm would have to preform a miracle and jump out of the stomach into the Fallopian tube, which is highly unlikely considering it wouldn't survive that long once swallowed.
