Why are people always out to prove something with dancing?

"I'm a white girl and I can dance!" blah blah blah. I admit, I do that sometimes. But why can't people just enjoy spinning, twirling, toes, embrace, and the wonderful high that comes with dancing. And break dancing!! All legs, and arm strength. Every single dance type-I love!!

Dancing is a big part of expression in some cultures. The more expressive it is the more you are saying something without words.
