Or you can throw eggs at their house if u really dont like that person. Another thing u can do is shred which is hilariously funny and throw confetti all over in their yard. Will take them forever to clean up! hahahaha! this time of year is considered TPing season in my town. Everyone tp's at my school so we dont get in trouble or anything. It's part of the fall spirit and Hallowen funs. actually I am going tping Friday! I guess it's kinda a game!

You're trespassing on someone's property in order to put trash in their yards that they don't want to have there. Yes, that's vandalism. Find something less juvenile and more constructive to do. Doesn't your animal shelter need volunteer dog walkers or something?

These days, I think it is, but I never really considered it vandalism since it's biodegradable.
When I was a teenager, we use to go soaping (now that I'm an adult, I've learned that this really sucks to clean up - especially on screens) and tick-tacking, which was throwing dried corn at people's houses & cars. All the neighbors knew it was us so we never got in trouble either.
Around here, the cheerleaders make big signs & throw school colored crepe paper & TP all over the football players' yards - it's a ritual & I don't think anybody gets mad about it either. I always think it looks cool when I drive by.

Well I have to agree with everyone else and say yeah it could be considered as vandalism but I have never had the police called on me and I was the Queen of the sport. I have egged houses but it wasn't people we didn't like it was the guy/girl that fell asleep first at the party the night before. We would paint them that night but the next day they got egged or TPed..its a great sport. We also had cow tipping... now thats a GREAT Sport... I wonder why it isn't on a reality show yet? Hmmmm something to think about.

Funny? To litter? To vandalize?
I dont understand why thats funny.
It's an immature thing to get a rush out of doing something 'grown ups' will get upset by-- like a 5 year old being brave enough to steal a cookie when mommy's not looking, and feeling proud afterward. Grow up!
Its destruction/degradation of property, littering, vandalism, possibly trespassing...
For halloween just TP may be accpeted but DONT throw eggs, the protein solidifies and costs as much to get off, as it would to repaint your house- because thats what you have to do. If you think its funny, wait till someone throws eggs at your house or onto your car, and see if you like it.
Think about getting sued the cost of several paint jobs, each of them at several thousand dollars apiece.
Laughing yet?
How about having to do juvenille detention or public service as a punishment.
Or having that on your record, and all your emplyers find out about it. Creditors, too. Universities and colleges find out, as well.
Hilarious, right?

Vandalism (TPing) No.

But you could get sited for Littering / trespassing

Also things like Eggs / Shaving Cream ect can cause actual damage to paints, and then you can also be looking at civil suits.
