The oldest I could find was Raimond van der Gouw born on March 24,1963,(43 yrs) he is dutch and he is a goalkeeper and is currently playing in the dutch league. He also spent time in the english premier leaugue with manchester united and west ham.

But you can look up on players in the goalkeeper position. Usually, goalkeepers have the longest playing career.
