Dawn dishwashing liquid and a hand scrub brush...you have some scrubbing to do. I suggest gloves next time. By the way, the walnut husks make great fabric dye if you soak them in hot water.

Hi I have the same problem, I have tried everything from household cleaner to food to chemical cleaners, I have also spent hours and hours researching walnuts. the oil that comes from the skins penetrates through quiet a few layers of the skin very much like a tattoo.. unfortunately it has to wear off your hands it just depends on the amount of wash n wear you put your hands through... It can be a week or a month.. Sorry I couldn't`t give you a positive answer its just one of those things,, Ive now learned to wear the surgical gloves.. problem solved

It will wear off in a day or so. It will not hurt you.
