well...I know you said you want to gain fat. But if your body has been the way it is for as long as you can remember then it's probably because thats just the way your body is.
One thing you can check is your thyroid. THere is something called hyperthyroidism that will cause people to not be able to gain weight. Basically your metabolism is too fast. There is medication to fix that. I'm the opposite. I have a slower metabolism since I had my kids and I'm on medication for that.
if thats not the problem then I would suggest you work out with weights instead and gain muscle and not fat. If you start with a weight lifting schedule you will see a difference. WOuldn't you rather see defined muscles??? That would be awesome !! You could have a sculpted body. Much healthier to do that than to eat fatty foods. Thats not healthy for your heart and everything else ! Try to find a healthy way to gain weight.

Yeah gaining muscle weight is not only healthier, and can help you with some physically difficult jobs (helps your endurance), it also looks more attractive. There's hard bones (not too fun), then there's fluid (jiggly) fat, and then firm muscle (yay!). Excersice can also help you ache less often, although it will make you ache more at first. Although, if you want to gain weight, eat more of what you eat the least of, this will also probably help you grow taller, unless you've stopped growing completely.

Don't ever go for quick fixes. They bring pain.
Seek advice from a professional. Doctor or dietician. Someone like that. People who know. not people who guess.
Quick weight gain is as usless as quick weight loss.

Go visit a nutriologist. Your body is very important! is all you have!! take care of yourself.
You need to follow a good diet and not just eat whatever to gain weight.

Eat alot of milk shakes, also bread, and bananas..It is best to ask your dr and let him give you a nutrition list to gain weight..
