pain of being suckerpunch so hard in the gut it totally knocked the wind outta you,,and not cry? if so how do you know?

I play rugby. I get hit all the time, and I don't cry. There's no crying in rugby.
and if someone sucker punched me in the gut, I would't cry, but I'd kick him in the ballz for sure.

I don't know..but can you take being hit so hard in the face that you fall down and can not get back up...if so how do you know?
