Well it's going to be a toss up between 2. I love the Pirates of the Caribbean movies and I love the Harry Potter movies. I would be a two way tie. My all time favorite movie is Black Hawk Down but it's been out for a while so I don't think it fits within the time frame.

Best Ever: Ghost, with Demi Moore and Whopee Golberg...Great movie... I think it came out in the early 90's but not reallys sure.... Titanic is always a great pick...A couple of other great movies that just came out recently: The Notebook, Just Like Heaven, Last Holiday, Take the Lead.
