I chose this because that means the school you attend is not public and is indeed private. That means they can do whatever they want with your information and grades - you aren't forced to attend the school if you don't want that released. You could always go to a public school where your grades would be more secure and the government (court) could get involved easilier

When you (your parents) agreed to send you to the school and pay the tuition, they must have signed a waiver to allow certain "private" information to be used how they like
