Neon and Helium. It is usually referred to as HeNe. It is used a lot in lasers.
Additional info:
It is not really a formula since Helium does not tend to react with other elements due to its electron configuration. However, when excited with an electrical current, the electrons of Helium and Neon interact uniquely, which is one of the principals on which LASERS were first discovered.
