Of the possibilities named, only in water gas. Hydrogen has a strong propensity to combine with almost anything, so making it costs lots of energy. Water gas is made from coal by a not very efficient process.

rhsaunder is correct. Hydrogen is a minor component of water gas, the major components being carbon monoxide and methane, with smaller amounts of ethane, ethylene, formaldehyde, etc.
