how can i delete the websites history from my pc memory?

In Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options > General then press "Clear History"

Click Internet Options
Near bottom of window click Clear History button

To delete Temporary Internet files click the Delete Files button in the middle of the same window.
Visited web sites leave stuff in Temporary Internet files so if you don't want anyone to know where you've been you need to delete temporary internet files as well as clear history.

From the menu bar, select "Tools", then "Internet Options". From there click the "Clear History" button. I'd also click "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies". All this assumes you are running Internet Explorer. Other browsers may have different paths to achieve this, but they should be able to do the same thing.
