okay is it bad that I'm closer with the hispanic/latino culture other than my own Nigerian culture? I listen to hispanic/latino music a lot & i love learning about their culture far more than my own. My most of my friends are hispanic/latinos. All the guys i like are hispanics/latinos. I feel more comfortable with hispanic/latinos than blacks. I love being Nigerian & have plenty of Nigerian friends.

You're not dis-ing or denying your Nigerian heritage and, as you say, have plenty of Nigerian friends, so I don't see a problem.
Have you ever thought that maybe your Hispanic/Latino friends would love hearing some African music and learning about some Nigerian customs?
You could be more drawn to their culture and music because it's a newer experience (after all, you grew up with/in your culture, right?).
I say GO FOR ALL of it! One's not necessarily better or less than the other.

you are doing just fine! Love who you are and love other cultures, music, beliefs, diversity.. enjoy it all... that is what creates a great nation, embracing our "differences" instead of being cruel and hateful towards anyone not of our own ilk!

It really doesn't matter.I have ancestors from as short of a time ago as my great grandma that spoke German at the table so I am very German but all my friends are Americans now.
