dont do it fast! I will say you need to go with a nutriologist. They can help you a lot, you need to learn how you body works and what are your needs, not just now but, for the rest of your life. Here people will say eat more but maybe you need a different regimen, maybe your metabolism is fast and you need to eat more times a day and maybe drink some shakes. But, again talk with someone that knows the subject. Your body is all you have, you cant replace it. so take care of yourself.

go to your local health store or gym and ask for weight gain supplements. Then just eat loads of high protein foods (chicken 'n' eggs etc. This way you'll gain weight quickly and if yoy work out a little then it'll build up more as muscle and not flab.

What you need to do is ask your Dr. what is your average weight for your height. And take it from there. Cause you don't want to over eat, cause then your going to write back asking how to lose weight. So eat 3 times a day. Don't over stuff yourself. eat right and stay healty.

start slow at first dont eat junk food u can have it once in a while. then start eating a little more until u have reached the weight u want. best of luck!

Id recommend eating tons of wait gaining bars and eating proteins and fats.

If its for like a doctors appointment though drink TONS of water

I believe there is a nutritional drink called Nutriment. You will find this in cans in the pharmacy or in the diet/health food sections.

Eat healthy meals, whatever you want, don't load up on junk, and include Boost plus calories with every one.
