do you have problems with Motorola v3 charger?

i bought v3 phone and charger stopped working. in shop they said that guarantee do not cover charger malfunction. this is kinda stupid, no? this phone is protected and only one version of original mot. chargers can charge it,it do not accept anything else. why? i can not find that type of chargers anywhere. advice?

slusaj moj drug isto ima tu motorolu i nije mu radio punjac zamenio je garancijom drugu i sve je radilo .tako da ako imas garanciju . ZNAS STA TI JE CINITI :)
