Yes indeed I do, not only the possibilities but also the probabilities
(its my job)

It is a crying shame that some(if not most ) people just can't see what they are capable of,
My view is that this lack of insight to ones self starts mostly when the person is very young
Again most of us sell ourselves short..(we are so often trained to by default)many see this later in life and say ..if only .......sad...

Yes there are possibilities in everyone. You may expect one thing but get another...but it's always had the possibility of happening one way or the other. It's possible that I may get a better job offer but it's also possible that I won't get it. It's possible that I'm absolutely in love with someone but it's possible he doesn't feel the same way about me. It's possible that I'll win the Lotto & possible that I won't. This goes for every single person that breathes. It's possible to continue breathing & possible you could stop in 3 seconds.

Some days are better than others.
Some days i am surrounded by people that have lost all opportunity and just simply lost the way.Tons of circumstances was the cause of this catastrophe.
Others i see people that have so much potential made all of the right decision are surounded by all the right things. They have everything going for them, and on their way to a bright and glorious future.I feel like dirty around them.

Then you think about how those people ended up there.Bad heading towards the worse. Those that are heading to great to Brighter to GOD.ALMIGHTY .

No, unfortunately not everyone has much of a future. Many more people than you would believe have serious mental illnesses that are so severe that they are fortunate to be able to make it to the next day. In Pennsylvania, the government has been closing facilities for them so the seriously mentally ill have no place to go except to jail or living on the streets out of garbage cans. Our society has decided that these people are throwaways. There is nothing absolute except death and taxes.

I look for the possibilities in people, but I can't say I necessarily see possibilities in EVERYone. I think for too many people that shipped sailed.

I have always felt that for the most part we all have the same potentials. Of course that's for good or bad.
I think that if all people had the same opportunities there are those that would waste them and those that would make use of them.
The opportunity was there, the potential was there and a decision had to be made.
Far too many make the wrong decision.

I try to, but in the end I think it just ends up being for selfish reasons. I tend to look at them not as people, but skills manifested in a being.
