does anyone know how to find out what someone's new address is if they move out of the state they was in ?

for example i found a house i like and the man died and his wife moved away with her doughter and i dont know how to get ahold of them to see if maybe they are interested in selling it because it is all growed up around it i was woundering if there was a way to find out there new address they moved to alaska

Send them a letter to that address with a return address requested. Also just send them a letter to that address and it would be forwarded.
