The best thing you can buy is Pearl drops tooth paste. It used to be 6 dollars but its gone down. I have used it for a long time and my teeth looked like they got bleached by a dentist!! I love this toothpaste and i would swear by it. The crest premium white strips work nicely too and the toothpaste keeps up the whiteness also. If you want awsome teeth like mine (which are like holly madison's) follow those instructions

o and brush 3 times a day and floss and use listerine.

OTC products are good, but I found the best place is the dentist. I had my teeth whitened over 5 years ago, and they are still white, not perfect but white. I get the gel, which does not contain bleach but peroxide, and wear the trays about 30 minutes. I either read a book, take a long bubble bath, or just check the Internet, anything to pass the time, then brush my teeth really well. Use a good toothpaste, Colgate Total is good or Close Up is another, brush often and stay away from dark soda, coffee, tea, etc. But if $$$ are your concern, the Crest White strips Premium are good.

Most teeth whitening products contain bleach and other chemicals that I would not put in my mouth. I suggest a good healthy diet including fruits like apples and a regular brushing up with the dentist's office.

i can just say don't get the listerine whitening because it leaves a film in your mouth that makes the inside of your mouth peel. it does whiten a shade or two but that peeling is gross and annoying.
