Depends...does she have any hobbies? If she paints you could bring a handfull of paintbrushes tied up like a flower bouquet..or she bakes...flour!!!
Like to read and is girly...Roll up a bunch of the latest fashion mags and tie like flowers. Got a pet, bring something for her pet...you gotta get in good with the pet!
YOU bake some cookies and take them...even if they are burnt to a crisp...even funnier if htey are burnt!

my boyfriend and i had a date to the movies and when i got in the car he had my favorite drink and favorite candies sitting there for me. it was cheesy but i thought it was the cutest thing ever
the other weekend he also brought me a picnic and flowers for our drive in movie it was cuteeee :)
if your going to dinner you could make her a little coupon type thing that says like 'good for a special dessert of your choice after dinner' or good for ice cream or something like that
i think thats cute.

A set of 800 thread count sheets and pillowcases. Better than flowers, and she knows exactly what's on your mind (her comfort, of course!)
