Alot of people do that. I know of a couple of women who got sex changes and continued to be with men. Alot of men get sex changes and want to be lesbians. I suppose, or more like, from what Ive heard is that they feel like they are supposed to be lesbians or gay men and thats the reason they still want to be with women or vice versa. I know its confusing as hell but that how it is sometimes. These people really feel like they are trapped in the wrong body. Live and let live I say.

A sex change does not change one's sexual orientation. An M2F transsexual is someone who feels they are a woman in a man's body. In America it's called "gender dysphoria" (i.e. the opposite of euphoria). Sexual orientation comes from a different part of the brain and if a person is attracted to women before the op they will still be attracted to women after the op.

I would say hello how are you? It's not like he's gay. He was made a man and still likes the opposite sex. No matter what he does to his body he still is who HE is.
